Biography:
Sarah G is one of the UK's hottest female
djs gracing the decks at the finest events in
the world.
History
Initially recognised
for her outstanding technical skills and slamming
hard energy sets, she shot into Mixmag's Top
Ten Breakthrough DJs at number two in January
2000 playing at every major event and gaining
an enviable string of residencies along the
way.
Music
Sarah now commands one
of the largest music repertoires that any dj
has to offer playing a huge range of styles
with incredible expertise from house to tribal,
trance, hard energy and funky techno.
Performance
Watching Sarah in action
is an absolute pleasure - her sets can be laced
with intense emotion, driven by pure energy
or laden with funk and percussion making her
one of the most adaptable artists in the world.
She has an obvious natural talent both technically
and musically whilst her ability to build explosive
sets makes her a firm favourite with clubbers,
promoters and djs in every continent.
Production
In 2002 The Joint Track
was released on the German trance label Beatz
Only and featured on Sony's Dreamdance 21 compilation
album. Next up was the innovative Flight Path
released in March 2003 on Italian label Gas
Europe and featured on the Defqon Album from
Dutch giants ID&T.
Worldwide
Over the past twelve
months Sarah has been jetsetting between America,
Asia, Australia, Europe and Scandinavia. Originally
from Singapore she has rapidly become a popular
international guest in Asia with regular tours
across China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan.
Future
The future looks bright
as Sarah has announced a welcome return to the
harder dance floors this year, gracing the hallowed
decks of Sundissential from March 2004. Her
trance sets continue to ignite the worlds greatest
trancefloors. Sarah's house, tribal and funky
techno sounds have already taken her across
China and seen her playing at Savannahs and
Coastline in Ibiza - this year the UK gets a
slice of house action.
